SOURCING & INSPECTION
Sourcing of Textile Products

Leo Textiles is having mandate of marketing the products of well known Textile Mills of Pakistan (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Finishing, Garments etc) which enable us to source wide range of textile products (Yarns, Greige & Finished Fabrics, Home Textiles, Hospitality Linen, Garments etc) for our customers at highly competitive prices

Production Follow Up & Quality Control

Leo Textiles’s Team starts follow up of order soon after placement – we get TNA from the mill and keep on chasing them at each stage of production. Quality Control Team keep eye on production at all stages through dupro inspections. Discrepancies observed in production are highlighted to mill’s team which enable them to take corrective measures for improvement in quality upto customers acceptable standard. Effective and timely reporting of order status and quality measures is part of working of Leo Textiles Team. Our ultimate Goal is “Customer’s satisfaction”.
Textile Inspection
Final Random Inspection (FRI)
.
Leo Textiles’ Quality Control Team conducts FRI (Final Random Inspection) of each order (sourced by Leo Textiles) as per AQL 2.5 at level-2. Inspection report is submitted to customer for review. Consignment is allowed to dispatch after approval of inspection report by customer.
In addition, Leo Textiles is offering 3 rd party independent Audit services to customers who are placing orders directly or through some other channel ; however want their products inspected as per AQL through 3 rd party independent audit agency.
LAB TESTING
Independent Lab Testing

Leo Textiles is able to facilitate customer in conducting independent Lab testing of randomly drawn samples from bulk Production.
Textile Designing
Design Development & Colour Separation
.
Leo Textiles has expanded it’s range of services by adding professional designers in it’s team to support customer’s design team by developing designs & colourways in light of their ideas & design themes. Colour separation services are also being provided to customers.
